Our records indicate that a co-owner of your apartment is a full voting Active Member of the OA. We have therefore recorded you as a Passive (non-voting) OA Member for your apartment.[/member_content] You are recorded as a Passive (Non-voting) OA Member on the basis that we have no record of an Active (Voting) Member for your apartment. This may be because your original membership lapsed at the last call for funds in 2019. If there is already an Active Member for your apartment please email us the apartment address and their name.

As previously agreed in AGM voting, we then moved to a subscription model for the OA’s website, at what we hope you will agree was a very modest annual charge of €30. You can read HERE why we believe owners should be members of the OA. Anyone who was currently an Active (voting) Member of the OA only had this annual fee to pay. Anyone joining for the first time also paid an initial set-up/joining fee of €100 as prevously paid by existing Members.
When we set up the specific private groups with forums for each residence, we gave a committment to provide free access to all members of the Conseil Syndical for their own residence. In November 2020 we opened up the site with free access to the end of January 2021. We have decided that the OA’s current funds are sufficient to meet expenses for a while, and that the open access to the whole site will continue.
