You have reached the official website of the Arc1950 Owners’ Association. We formed the Association in 2013 and are regulated by the French law “loi du 1er juillet 1901”. The Association represents all owners of all nationalities who have interests in apartments in the Village.
If you are already an owner, then you need to log into the site to join the community with forums where we discuss issues and exchange information. We provide a private social media environment where you can add friends and join groups, but without any of the tech giants harvesting your data for sale. We also provide private messaging where owners can for example arrange to meet others when they stay in the resort. Just fill in your details and we’ll set you up. The members’ section of the site is only open to owners, so please complete all the information so that we can verify your application.
Our ASL (Association Syndicale Libre) has also provided plenty of information on arc1950.com aimed mainly at visitors to Arc1950 but also useful for owners – in fact anyone needing information on the shops, restaurants and other facilities available for their holiday. The ASL is responsible for the day to day operation of the village outside all the buildings, including licencing shops, clearing snow, running the entertainments and overseeing the car park operator.
If you’re interested in checking availability of apartments in the completed residences and booking a summer or winter holiday from the UK, we’ve got all the details you need here.
Property for sale
There is a real estate office in the village which you can visit and also check out the listings online.
Arc 1950 is the alpine village originally created by IntraWest at Les Arcs in France. IntraWest made their reputation in North America with resorts like Whistler/Blackcomb and Tremblant. The village has been complete for about 10 years. Our current operator is Pierre et Vacances who built their premium brand offering based on our village.
